Independent support
AeroTechnical provides independent technical discussion, documentation assistance, supplier research and procurement coordination. It is not presented as an aircraft operator, CAMO, approved design organisation, Part-145 maintenance organisation, OEM, authorised distributor or stockholding parts supplier unless expressly confirmed in writing.
Maintenance responsibility
Support does not replace approved maintenance data, the customer's procedures, authorised certifying staff or competent engineering judgement. The customer and its authorised organisations remain responsible for airworthiness, maintenance decisions, parts eligibility, installation, supplier approval and release to service.
Parts and quotations
Availability, price, condition, certification, traceability, lead time and delivery information are subject to supplier confirmation. Unless agreed otherwise, the customer contracts directly with and pays the selected supplier.
Specialist network
Additional specialist contacts, including independent B2 expertise, may be introduced or coordinated subject to availability, competence, confidentiality and separate agreement. Their services are not automatically included in AeroTechnical's scope.
AOG availability
AOG enquiries receive priority where possible, but no continuous coverage, response time, sourcing result or delivery outcome is guaranteed until expressly agreed.
Controlled information
Do not submit classified, export-controlled, security-sensitive or proprietary technical data through the public website. Suitable secure arrangements must be agreed before such information is exchanged.
