Technical support

Remote fault-finding and technical coordination.

Helicopter-focused assistance for technical queries, maintenance-document navigation and communication between operators, engineers, MROs and suppliers.

Practical remote support

When a technical issue needs another experienced view, AeroTechnical can help organise the available information, review the customer-provided maintenance data and identify the next questions to take to authorised engineering personnel.

Support can include

  • Remote fault-finding discussion and symptom clarification.
  • Maintenance-manual and technical-document navigation assistance.
  • Technical query preparation for OEMs, MROs or specialist engineers.
  • Coordination between maintenance, operations, procurement and suppliers.
  • Helicopter-focused support, including experience around Agusta/Leonardo platforms.
  • Access to independent B2 avionics expertise through professional contacts when necessary, subject to availability and separate agreement.

What to provide

For the most useful initial review, include the aircraft type, defect or observation, relevant history, maintenance action already taken and the applicable approved-document references. Do not send classified, export-controlled or security-sensitive data through the public form.

Remote support does not authorise maintenance, determine airworthiness or replace licensed certifying staff, approved maintenance data, OEM instructions or the customer’s procedures.

Discuss a technical requirement

Send the requirement, part details or technical query. The scope and next practical step will be confirmed before work begins.
